UCLA Olympic medal sweep picks up pace.

UCLA Picks up its second medal of the 2012 Olympic Games as ex-student athlete Dawn Harper earned a silver medal in the Women’s 100 meter hurdles. UCLA has so many representatives in this year’s games they keep a schedule to what is happening each day. Check out UCLA Olympians setting the example for all collegiate athletes in Wednesday’s schedule.

Coming Up Wednesday
Track & Field - Qualification rounds for men’s pole vault (Yoo Kim) and women’s hammer (Jessica Cosby) begin at 9:00am.
Men’s Volleyball - Team USA (coaches John Speraw, Mike Sealy) faces Italy in the quarterfinals at 3:00pm.
Men’s Water Polo - Team USA (Adam Wright, Chay Lapin) will face Croatia in the quarterfinals at 7:00pm.
Men’s Basketball - Team USA (Kevin Love, Russell Westbrook) plays Australia in the quarterfinals at 9:15pm.
